3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Muzammil Dry Fruits reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation will be final.

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability or pricing errors.

5. Delivery

We offer same-day delivery within Karachi on orders placed before the cutoff time. Delivery charges may apply depending on location. Muzammil Dry Fruits is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. No returns will be accepted on opened or used products.

7. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and bank transfer. Payment must be completed before dispatch for online payment methods.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with any third party.

9. Changes to Terms

Muzammil Dry Fruits reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.
